Tony’s real estate career began in Rose Bay in Sydney's East in 1972. In 1980 Tony founded G. L. Jackson & Co. and remains Managing Director today. His extensive knowledge of the local area and property market is a proven key element in his success as a real estate agent. Tony was raised in Bondi and educated at Sydney Boys High School, going on to study pharmacy at Sydney University. Having lived in the Booker Bay and Ettalong Beach area for over 30 years, his love of the local area is contagious. A long term member of the Real Estate Institute NSW, Tony sees that his staff implement a high standard of professionalism and ethics in all aspects of business. His daughter Liz Sharpe joined the company in 1999 and plays a vital role in day to day operations. Liz is the daughter of Managing Director, Tony Lilja. Liz commenced full time with G L Jackson at just 19 years old. After working in sales in Sydney, Liz took the opportunity to join the family business and enjoy the lifestyle of the Central Coast where she was raised. Over the following decade, with the dedicated support of Tony, Liz learned all facets of being a successful real estate agent, service provider and business owner. Completing her Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) Liz was granted her Real Estate Agents License in 2004. Having worked in the industry in all departments at all levels, Liz's understanding of the 'big picture' is rare in the industry. After maternity leave in 2013 and 2015, Liz returned full time in 2016 as a company Director. Liz's focus is providing outstanding service and communication to all customers and clients she meets. Lorraine Paterson emigrated from Scotland with her family in 2004 and began her career in Property Management in 2005. In 2006 Lorraine joined G. L. Jackson & Co. Lorraine’s positive, dedicated attitude and delightful demeanour have promptly earned her reputation as a leader in Property Management on the Peninsula.
